I understand what that message implies, but I strongly believe that my case was not properly reviewed, despite how serious this situation is. I was hacked, and the ban placed on my account was the result of unauthorized activity I had no control over. I’ve submitted multiple appeals, secured my email and platform accounts, and provided detailed explanations and context — yet I keep getting the same copy-paste response.
Honestly, at this point, it feels like I could say just one word in my appeal and still get the same generic rejection. It’s like no one is actually looking at my case, and that’s not only frustrating — it’s completely unfair.
This wasn’t my fault. I’ve done everything right to try to recover my account and prove my side. Considering how much time, effort, and money I’ve put into this account, it feels like EA is more focused on protecting profits than actually supporting its player base. I’ve been a loyal user for years, and now I’m being punished for something I didn’t even do.
All I’m asking is for someone at EA to take a second, honest look at my case — not just send a canned response, but to really investigate what happened. I just want a fair chance to be heard.
