Appeal my account sanction

I was banned off of apex for 0 reason my gmail was hacked and they targeted all my gaming platforms even epic games and managed to get me banned on apex I contacted them and they won’t give me a reason too get me unbanned im working on getting my gmail account back but I think the ToS team doesn’t look into anything because they have denied me even though I have proof of me getting hacked and unable too access any of my accounts. Someone please help me

  • Unfortunately, banned accounts cannot be handled on the forums as that can only be handled by the EA TOS Team.

    If you are needing help with recovering your hacked EA Account, you would need to contact EA Support, (otherwise, if you are needing help with recovering a hacked Google, (or platform), account, you would need to contact Google and/or the hacked platform's support team(s)).

    I understand that the forums can't directly assist with account bans, and that this falls under the EA Terms of Service team’s responsibilities. However, I want to make it clear that I have already contacted the EA ToS team multiple times, and I keep receiving the same generic response claiming that my case was fully investigated, even though it genuinely feels like they didn’t properly look into it — with or without the evidence I submitted.

    I’m convinced my account was targeted due to its high value. This isn’t the first time I’ve faced a hacking attempt — I've successfully stopped previous ones, but this time the hacker managed to access my EA account and steal something extremely valuable to me: my Apex Legends account.

    I’ve done my part: I’ve secured my email, submitted appeals, and provided details — but I feel like I’m being completely dismissed without a proper review. I truly value this account, not just for its content but for the time and investment I’ve put into it over the years. I’m just asking for a genuine investigation, not a copy-paste reply.

    If there’s anything else I can do or any further proof I can provide, I’m more than willing. I just need someone to actually look into it.

    If you are getting a response that says, "please do not expect anything further", sadly that means that the ban will be upheld, (and you won't be able to appeal it further).

    I understand what that message implies, but I strongly believe that my case was not properly reviewed, despite how serious this situation is. I was hacked, and the ban placed on my account was the result of unauthorized activity I had no control over. I’ve submitted multiple appeals, secured my email and platform accounts, and provided detailed explanations and context — yet I keep getting the same copy-paste response.

    Honestly, at this point, it feels like I could say just one word in my appeal and still get the same generic rejection. It’s like no one is actually looking at my case, and that’s not only frustrating — it’s completely unfair.

    This wasn’t my fault. I’ve done everything right to try to recover my account and prove my side. Considering how much time, effort, and money I’ve put into this account, it feels like EA is more focused on protecting profits than actually supporting its player base. I’ve been a loyal user for years, and now I’m being punished for something I didn’t even do.

    All I’m asking is for someone at EA to take a second, honest look at my case — not just send a canned response, but to really investigate what happened. I just want a fair chance to be heard.
