Matchmaking not working

I am having problems with getting into a game. When I click on ranked my game freezes and I get an error code and when I try to get into a non ranked game on Olympus I just can't seem to find a game its really annoying because all my friends can play like normal and i'm sat here in the dark waiting 30 minutes and not getting any games please fix this ASAP

@VipEr_PoiSsonHello there, Have you tried to Rebuild Database?

Do the following:
Turn off your PS4 completely.
Remove the power cord from your ps4 and wait 60 seconds.
Put the cable back, press and hold the power button for 10 seconds.
Plugin your PS4 controller via a USB cable.
Now select 'Rebuild Database from your PS4 Safe mode menu, Wait for it to finnish.
After this you should be able to play.

@VipEr_PoiSson Could you please verify what error code you get so we could assist you better?
Also verify that your drivers are all up-to-date and please share what hardware you have.

I play on PS4 and its the application error code: (CE-34878-0)
and all my things are correct all other games run smooth and get no errors
