Matchmaking Problems

@lpjr20 Hi, your not alone, we are gathering as many people as possible since this is a really horrible bug that apex support team refuse to fix.
So i will describe the symptoms of your problem and please confirm them for me: if you go to the firing range your Ping will be very high, you can't find a game no matter how much time you are searching, if you go to the EA website and you check the history of bans for your account it will show that you have a ban the 27 OCT 2023 between 10pm and 12pmUTC, this ban is from pc but it couldn't be because you havent played pc version in atleast over a year.....
