Matchmaking taking too long.

Been having an issue for the past 2 seasons, along with the black screen which is now resolved and the compiling shaders problem, going into matches takes a very long time. Each time I want to go into a match, it takes me around 4 minutes to actually find people to play with. It isn't that there isnt enough people playing, it just says finding match over and over. My internet is very good, 140mbps, and that isn't the issue. The server I play is singapore, but I have been changing servers often, trying to resolve this issue. Right now I'm on hong kong servers.
