Matchmaking wont work after unban

I have recently got unban because my account was hacked and then I recovered it and now when I go to que into a match it sits on matchmaking for hours and I cant even load into firing range I can only play the tutorial. Its not a internet or pc issue because on my alt account my game runs just fine I can load into a game in seconds its only a issue on my main account someone please help I have spent 1000s on this game of apex I beg for help thanks
