Microstuttering with MnK

Temporaryly fixed it by disabling the shader cache in NVIDIA settings, rebooting, deleting the folders C:\Users\<myusername>\AppData\Local\NVIDIA\DXCache and GLCache, re-enabling shader cache in NVIDIA settings. Don't know if this will be a long-term solution.
