I have not recieved a email back. Nor on mobile am i able to start a chat with the live team. Ive been waiting days for a email, no sanction, no issues Microsoft confirmed the purchase was completed on there end and to contact EA support witch i cant get a hold of. Im sitting in a 38$ loss please someone help me 🤦🏾♀️😭 my tag is Ocomi on series X case no. 203105923 proof of purchase in the ticket as well as Microsoft support chat logs.
