Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for your coins to appear in game. When did you buy them?
bought them over a month ago and haven't seen them yet and nor has steam been any help

If it's been over a month, then clearly somethings gone very wrong. Its not something we can help with here on the forums, but if you gather your proof of purchase you should be able to reach out to our live support team via a chat about this.
