I'm not sure what happened yesterday with your case but earlier today the Support team were experiencing some technical difficulties, that might have been part of the delay. They're back up again now, could you try again?

The case has been up for 3 days now. I have DM'd EAHelp on Twitter and waited. Nothing so far. Is there any way I can get to an advisor as soon as possible? I cant get a refund on this purchase either way, so I may as well try to get my content.
