Looking back through the account, I'm seeing a gift was sent out back on May 2nd for 950 Apex Coins.
That's likely to be a Battle Pass gift based on the price, which seems to be where these other coins went in your case.
If you didn't send the gift yourself, I'd definitely suggest updating your login details and/or checking with anyone else that may have had access to the account.
Can you see to whom it was send and do something about it? Because no one has physical access to my PC, my steam is fine because not a single item from other games is missing, nothing was bought and gifted with steam funds, additional coins weren't bought and gifted and my EA app always requires gmail code to login also I don't see any auth on EA app other than mine. Also the only time I remember gifting anything in apex was in season 20 breakout event, the free gifts after completing legends challenges to get rewards and gifting a battlepass to friends without even buying it for myself especially when they don't even play anymore doesn't make sense to me.

We wouldn't be able to reverse a gift or provide the account name that received it, sorry.
It looks like this was done through the EA app rather than Steam, from your normal location on May 2nd if that helps narrow things down. However, there wouldn't be any way to reverse or refund that gift I'm afraid.It's just weird, it doesn't make sense to me, how can it happen? I literally never started/played apex on EA app after it was release on steam I don't even have it installed on EA app. Also I've checked my browser history and I was all day home on YT/POE so I would know if someone got into the account because of the email verification and I've checked login logs and location is always same (my place) and there's no login on May 2nd (added screenshot). Also I've just checked the breakout event timeline and if you check the screenshot login dates, 15th and 16th of March is when I've played and gifted the stickers or w/e so I couldn't somehow accidentally gift a battlepass if it supposedly happened of May 2nd. The reason I remember it is because Mad Maggie challenges were about to be unlocked next but I never got to it because there was update for POE and I went to play that. And finally I've checked POE logs that are in game files that log every text in chat and I've been there all day. Like how else can it be explained? From my point of view all the evidence suggests that the problem is somewhere on apex end and not mine.
