Missing Apex coins rewards from Battlepass

It's just weird, it doesn't make sense to me, how can it happen? I literally never started/played apex on EA app after it was release on steam I don't even have it installed on EA app. Also I've checked my browser history and I was all day home on YT/POE so I would know if someone got into the account because of the email verification and I've checked login logs and location is always same (my place) and there's no login on May 2nd (added screenshot). Also I've just checked the breakout event timeline and if you check the screenshot login dates, 15th and 16th of March is when I've played and gifted the stickers or w/e so I couldn't somehow accidentally gift a battlepass if it supposedly happened of May 2nd. The reason I remember it is because Mad Maggie challenges were about to be unlocked next but I never got to it because there was update for POE and I went to play that. And finally I've checked POE logs that are in game files that log every text in chat and I've been there all day. Like how else can it be explained? From my point of view all the evidence suggests that the problem is somewhere on apex end and not mine.
