Missing Badges from Cross Progression

Hello, I am missing a lot of badges from my Xbox account when I had cross progression added to my PC account. I am missing the Season 3 Apex Predator badge (ranked season 2). I have the dive trail, but not the badge.

Also, it appears that I have received the incorrect ranked rewards in the game. For the Ranked Arenas game mode (not the Battle Royale Ranked), I ended Season 15 split 1 with 14,781 Ranked Points. In order to be part of the top 750 players, you needed a total of 14,709 Ranked Points which I have clearly surpassed, however I was given the same ranked rewards as other Masters Ranked players, when I instead was part of the top 750, where I should have recieved Apex Predator Ranked rewards. Please can my account placement be reviewed again as my placement as I was in the top 750, and I should have received the correct better rewards for this in game
