Missing bloodhound heirloom from April 2 update

Hi I had trouble with my account yesterday where I lost progress. I open packs yesterday day when it happens where I had gotten heirloom shards and so i bought the bloodhound heirloom. I login on today to my account back to it was before the update but I no longer have the bloodhound heirloom that I got yesterday. Someone please help the first two pictures are where I had gotten the heirloom shards and the bloodhound heirloom the last picture is what is currently version I would love to have my bloodhound heirloom back. Someone please help.
