missing caustic heirloom

heyo, when cross progression happened, i went through my items and saw i was missing my caustic heirloom. i went online to support seeing that others who did not get their heirlooms because they got their heirloom by "glitching" it but i have not done anything that would break the terms and conditions or "glitched" in the heirloom. i got it on my ps4 account when it came out. i don't know what to do, because i cant access by ps4 account to prove i had it or that posting this and getting a response thats " yeah no, you broke rules". I just my caustic heirloom back.
