Missing event rewards

So, is it going to be possible to obtain the missing rewards? What do I have to do from now on?

@Vilya3008 Hi, for stuff like this, we unfortunately don't have the ability to manually add stuff, so we'll need to refer it to studio.

When you've been playing it 5 days and would have finished the tracker, do you get any notificiations at the end of a match where progress would be made? If so, can you grab a screenshot?

Any before and after shots/clips of a match where you verifiably earned progress would help, too.

So here, I took the screenshots from my PS4 system. There are 3 pictures attached to this message. As you could see, the first screenshot was taken before the game match. The current location of a rewards track is on 2,500 points. You could also see that all the rewards that were gained before that are marked with tick. It is also says that all of the ticked rewards are unlocked but at a point where I go to check for the rewards in my locker, all of them are missing. The second screenshot is taken after the game match. There, you could see that I already reached the maximum of 5,000 points and also see the rest of rewards that go from 2,500. Even though I proceed with continue, the rewards are never distributed. The third screenshot is also made after that same match, the progress stays the same and nothing changes. This is what i am dealing with.

Please, if you need any additional information or pictures feel free to contact me, I really want to earn those "Chaos Theory" event rewards. And I hope that you could help to fix this issue.

I had to unlink and relink my xbox account to my ea account yesterday (Mar 14th) and I expected to lose everything. I was a little upset when I lost all of my chaos theory rewards (up to kills with crypto), but again, I expected that. What I did not expect, however, was to no longer be able to progress through the chaos theory prize tracker. I got enough points (2600) to get a charm, but it kept me at 2500 and didn't give me the charm. And after completing some challenges today, nothing has changed. Its stuck at 2500 and hadn't even given me the charm yet. Any suggestions on anything I could do?

I have same problem

I'm having an issue with the rewards of the chaos theory prize tracker, as at the game summary screen upon completing a challenge for points it shows that I should be or should have received all of the rewards as i have accumulated enough points to get everything there. Upon returning to the lobby however, and opening up the bar that shows the progress of points and badges, my tracker is stuck at 1500/1500 without me even getting those prizes. I have attached images of what I am seeing and the problem I am having. Please help to solve or resolve this issue

Hey, I have exactly same problem, but in my case the track stopped at 2,500. If it would be to any help for you,  please feel free to review my posts as well)
