Missing founder pack

Hello,

after talking to the EA Chat Support, I was told to open a thread here.

I purchased the Founder's Pack for Apex Legends on the 15th February 2019 (Playstation Store).

I switched over to Steam 2022 where I also purchased the Champion Edition.

Cross Progression works, my stats are on PC (from PS4) and the Champion Edition is active. But somehow, my founders pack rewards are missing now.

The badge is locked and the skins are missing.
