Since Apex progress and items are tied to your EA Account, could you first check whether your Xbox account is still linked to the same EA Account you were using when you had those items?
Please avoid unlinking or relinking anything for now.

I already talked to someone and they sent me here, because im logged into the right account, like I have all my badges but all my skins and weapons and stuff are all gone
