Missing multiple Apex Packs opened at once

I opened 50 packs in Apex Legends and an error happened while opening them After I restarted the game the packs were gone and I did not receive any items from them [CM - Title edited for clarity]

Hello EA Support Team,

I am reaching out to report a persistent connection error I have been experiencing in Apex Legends Mobile. The error code displayed is 154140716, which prevents me from connecting to the game servers and accessing the game entirely.

This issue has been occurring consistently and does not appear to be related to my internet connection, as all other apps and games work normally on my device.

I kindly request that your technical team investigate and resolve this error on your end, as it seems to be a server-side or authentication issue rather than a local problem.

Please provide an update on when this will be fixed or any workaround available in the meantime.
