Missing my xbox account cosmetics after accepting cross-progression window.

I recently got the crossprogression message, i pressed OK and waited for a while. Logged into the game only to find that only 1 cosmetic (apex legends lifeline editon) from my Xbox account was passed down to my Ea account (my ea account was higher lvl 222 *past 500*) my xbox account lost all the cosmetics from season 2+ that i had from Battlepasses and so.. also i lost my Voidwalker bundle that i bought in the xbox account......
I already sent a ticket but i keep getting no answer from a human being and just keep getting automated responses... i need help so please... :/

ps: all the cosmetics i lost arent related to ''xbox only'' items.
