Missing Rewards from Legendary Hunt Challenges

Thanks. I assume in these cases opening the reward page and clicking the box that should say "Equip" doesn't do anything? If anyone can grab a quick clip of trying this, it'd be appreciated. 

Also can I check what system you're playing on, just so I know we're looking at the right accounts.
