Missing Tabs/Currency/Legends

This all started after playing for an hour, leaving to play a different game for half an hour, then returning to Apex. For some reason, the legends, loadout, store, and season hub tabs are all grayed out and inaccessible. On top of that, the currency in the top corner shows -9,999 in black for both values with a white bar sliding over them, but when hovering the cursor over, it shows 0 currency overall. Finally, I normally have access to all legends as I've bought them either with character tokens or apex coins, and all except for the base game legends are locked. I've tried restarting Apex, power cycling my console, and even redownloading the game as a whole. Is this a result of a bug or some sort of soft ban possibly?

    Hi @fbol0323, 

    Are you still seeing the same issues with those tabs? There was a maintenance yesterday that might have caused this to happen, but it should be back up and running now. 

    Please let me know if the same thing is still happening today. Thanks!

    Hello, my account is experiencing this Problem as well. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling 3 times and it still did not get fixed. I can only go to the Lobby and Clubs tab. I am unable to go to the legends, Battle pass, weapons or open any apex packs. I tried logging in on a different Xbox but the problem still persisted.

    Also on all forms of currency a line is just moving horizontally back and fourth where the values would be

    @EA_Kent I am having these same issues with my playstation account as well if you could have the team look at it for a fix, Im trying to buy the new season battlepass but only the PLAY and CLUB tabs are working

    @EA_Kent no its still hapening and has been for about a week now and it seem alot of people are having rh same issue seeing my legend standing in the lobby, I noticed that I could only access the “play” and “club” tabs. Also that all three forms of currency were showing -9999 and had a white flashing bar going back and forth across them.



    In multiple attempts to resolve this I have restarted my console multiple times via shut down, unplugging the power source, then waiting 1 minute or more. I have shut down the game client and rebooted multiple times. I have even uninstalled and reinstalled the game. None of these things have worked. Again, I have no access to load out, legends, seasonal things, or the store. This is frustrating as I would very much like to try out the new legend

    Also having this problem. Have tried everything possible to try and revert but nothing has worked so far. EA please fix this.
