Hey abedali2021,

Unfortunately, we don't have the necessary tools or records to support account-related requests here on the forums. You'll need to contact live support and have them look into the account with you to see what the issue might be.

Generally speaking, if you had to unlink any platform accounts and link them to a different EA account, your progress would still be stored in the EA account that was left behind and cross-progression would not have merged it. The 'If you had more than one EA account' section on this page goes into a bit more detail.
