Models not rendering

My screen looks blue, as if the models are not rendering. It's difficult to see buildings, floors, terrain, and even enemies. I've uploaded a clip to show how it looks. It starts around mid game, and is most common on wildcard but can affect ranked on various maps. I can confirm I'm not the only one facing this issue.
