Do you meet that requirement? Maybe there's an age restriction on making accounts.

How did you get it to work? Iโm still having problems
I tried different browsers and a vpn located in the United States. Gave it a few tries then it finally worked.

Hey I meet the age requirements and I live in Oregon but it still says not eligible on monsterโs website.
