I have the exact same issue.
Sometimes, I can play for 3-4 hours without a single problem. When my mouse starts to behave weird, with this crappy input-lag, sensitivity-issue or whatever you wanna call it, I have to reboot my entire system for it to stop. This, between all the game crashes, it makes it really difficult to fully enjoy this game.
I actually even bought a new Razer Death Adder Elite, so it's definitely not our hardware.
Try dropping your mouse poll rate from 1000hz to 500 and see if that makes a difference.
