movment bugged

Every 10-12 seconds my character will like move on its own after I release all keyboard inputs. It doesn’t have anything to do with sticky keys, auto run, or the keyboard ( tried using a new one and same issue). Is there anything you can think of that can fix it? It feels like heavy input delay but its only in apex I have this issue.
