Apex coins missing!

Sorry to hear that the Apex Coins you purchased haven't shown up in your account yet. I know it's disappointing when a purchase doesn't come through right away.

Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for a purchase to process and for the content to appear in-game. I also recommend fully restarting your game and console/PC to see if that helps refresh your balance.

If the coins still haven't appeared after that time, you will need to get in touch with our support team directly, as we cannot view player account or purchase details here on the forums for your security.

You will need a copy of your proof of purchase for the support team to investigate, which you can find in the transaction history of your platform's store.
