Multiple Xbox Accounts linked to one EA Account, Any Fix?

I have a total of 3 Xbox Accounts linked to one EA account, is there any way to unlink them without deleting some the accounts data. My account is old and both me, my brother, and his friend want to ...

Hey @shiib3737,

You would need to contact support to unlink any additional platforms in situations where you have multiple of the same platform linked to the same EA account.

Keep in mind that whichever Xbox accounts are unlinked will lose access to the progress made on this EA account, as that's stored at the EA account level rather than on individual Xbox accounts.

It is not possible to transfer that content from one EA account to another, so two of you would be starting fresh in this case unfortunately.

Can EA give items and heirlooms? Like just adding them to an account?

Hi @shiib3737,

There is not a way to get any of your items split across or added to other accounts, I'm sorry.

We do not support account sharing at all, in part for reasons like this.

I get that account sharing is not okay, but we didnt mean to link the 3 accounts. is there anyway you can think of to fix this without deleting the data?

  Sorry, but there is no way to do this, no matter how many different ways we try to phrase it. I wouldn't make you ask just the right question to find a way to help out with this type of issue.
  
  Progress cannot be transferred between EA accounts, ultimately that's what it boils down to. Your progress is not saved on each Xbox profile, it is saved at the EA account level.
  
  Whichever profiles get unlinked would lose access to that progress, they would not carry it to a new account.
  
  This is not something we can duplicate, create, transfer, merge, or otherwise split off the account.

    So if i try to activate cross progression it will merge all 3 accounts, right? My brother and friend both spent quite a bit of money on the game, is there anyway to get a refund?
