My account becomes a level one account after the cross progression
我登錄我的一個帳戶，發現我的帳戶大約一個月前成為一級帳戶，我在這個EA帳戶上連結了一個Playstation平台，它應該在交叉升級後連接在一起，我之前已經聯繫過EA的客戶了兩個當他們說這是一個錯誤時，他們會報告它，但一個月過去了，沒有任何變化。我該怎麼辦？
