My account got banned for no reason

My account has been banned for no reason even though I have not played on PC for 2-3 years. I have never hacked or cheated in any way. How can I get unbanned?

I think the moderators on the forum can not check a ban or unban an account.
You could check a ban under your ban history.
If you think the ban or suspension on your EA Account (or one of the user names connected to it) was a mistake, you can appeal the decision.
On EA Help, sign in to your account.
Look for any of the games you’ve played by using the search bar.
Go to the Manage my account category.
Select I want to dispute a ban or suspension.
Select Email us.
Fill out the webform, select Send.
