hey so 2 days ago I tried to log into my account when I logged in it kinda froze then noticed my account got reset to level 1 I have lost all cosmetics and legends and lots of time I need someone to message me and look into my account I should be account level 1400
Mine is doing the exact thing it’s annoying

You can reset account progress like that by unlinking your platform account from your EA profile. There is a warning that you must accept when making any changes of this kind. We have this risk explained here on our website.
hi so when I tried that method just now it says I have to wait untill November 14th to unlink my account I really don't want to wait a year to get my progress back can we please fix this somehow soon?
Community ManagerIn my previous message, I wanted to clarify that if you unlink your account, the progress may be permanently lost, and we are not able to restore it. There's no guarantee that you will get it back when you link it to the original account. However, you can check with our support team to see if they can help you with this.
