My account has been cleared.
Hello, I returned to apex on August 14, 2024 and found that my account has been cleared into a first-tier number. can you help me solve it? my account has not been tied to an EA account. I have only used steam games.

Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.
If you've played Apex, you have linked an EA Account to your platform. It's not possible to play without linking your accounts.
In this case it looks like your Steam was unlinked from this account, so you'd need to re-link the Steam if this was the original EA Account where that progress was earned.
