In 2 minutes, I received 2 emails containing verification codes and 1 email notifying me of a change in my email address. I didn't even have time to see what happened. last email told me i can click the link to revert back to my original email address. and this link is a 404 page. good for you ,ea.

I had initially been ready to give up, but then I decided to do a search online and discovered that there are services available on shopping websites to help recover your ea account passwords. This has become an industry. all by EA's security system.However, I'm not sure if I want to purchase this service because I'm afraid it might be a never-ending cycle.

@NanTongDaWang This is my account, and I logged in through Xbox because you told me I had to be logged in to contact your customer service. Although I haven't been pass your help page.

@NanTongDaWang You don't actually need to be logged into the Help site at all. It will give you the option to continue without logging in. This is how we get players to contact support in these situations

You can contact our live support on our Help Site. To request a chat or open a case through email. First, clear the browser history and cache from the main browser you use.

Select the Games tab

Select EA App

Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in

You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help

Select Continue without logging in

This should give you the chat/email option

@NanTongDaWang It is easier to paste info on how the site works to avoid players replying back asking how the site works. Not everything is copy and paste.

Perhaps because I am in China, there may be issues with the networks. When I use VPN to access, it will prompt me that I have not passed machine authentication, but direct access will be like the following, with all three browsers constantly loading.
