Unable to load into game after update

Downloaded the update and no longer able to even load into the game; I'm just stuck on an endless loop of waiting for it to load. This is so frustrating because initially I wasn't able to play due to an update that made it no longer compatible with my previous PC (so I then had to upgrade), then the next update made it unplayable on steam because of the anticheat, and now it's not working on EA either after this one. And the recommendation I saw was to try playing it via steam and all I can say to that is are you f*cking serious??

The game is massive (at what 100gb now?), it takes 3 seconds to uninstall and then 1.5hrs to reinstall. So we are being told "Oh hey, just install it again under a different gaming program because everyone must have adequate enough spacing on their consoles to contain 200gb and btw this only MIGHT work so if you reinstall it, you might have to redo it again later if we figure out the issue." 

Half the people on this forum, like myself, just want to play a game that we enjoy without having to spend our time jumping through hoops, digging through new/old forums, and making ourselves into computer technicians.

As I said, this is just so frustrating and I'm so tired of having to look for various ways of playing one of the few games that I truly enjoy.

It just sucks.
