My Account Has Been Reseted to Level 1

I am still experiencing this issue I play on Xbox. My name is shootahTTV. I am a content creator and streamer . I created this account on my Xbox with Microsoft when I started in season 17 not EA I don’t know if it created a EA account for me or not. I go to login and my account has been reset to level one I was level 1066. I was plat two I don’t know how many hours total I have but, it says I have 145 days seven hours 34 minutes in the game All my skins money I put into this game all the gifts that people sent me. Everything is gone. It’s now telling me I am level 1. I have to complete training to even play even my Xbox app. & Microsoft has my status and data still saved, but my account shows different. Please help
