My Apex legends account file has disappeared when I logged into the game, I found that my account had changed to the initial account。my past level has exceeded 500, and the game market has reached more than 900 hours，the last time i logged in is March 28，2024.i have linked my steam account just now,and my skins are still retained,but my level and process of the Apex are not exist.plz help me,its very important ,cuz its my favorite game.

hey, I just log in to apex legends after 1 or 2 years iam not playing apex and when iam logged in back few time ago my proggression in this game is lost and reset to lvl 1 last time iam playing apex has lvl500 iam playing apex legends during first seasons battle pass available now i lost everything in my account,
