I did what you suggested but my case is declined. What am ı going to do can't use my account beacause someone hacked my account casualy?

I did nothing wrong and you guys arent helping I tried everything .My only expectation down to unlink my account to xbox and delete the account but you can't do that either.

I am very upset and angry my hundreds of hours and money just gone why? beacuse someone hacked my account and moved on. İt is your foult that I get banned but you guys arent helping
