My account is verified, but i still cannot gift items to my friends
I wanted to gift the free items for the new event to one of my friends, so I verified my identity on my EA account, but I still cannot gift them to him. What should I do?

Are you trying to gift your friend from the EA app? Unfortunately at this time gifting is not currently an available option in the EA app.
- @EA_Solaire No, I was referring to the new event on Apex Legends, I wanted to gift the free items in the shop
i am having the same issue and i have not been able to figure it out!
- @EA_Solaire same issue for me verified my account and restarted game but still tells me to verify but when i go to verify it shows i already have done so! need answers can not complete in game challenges because of it!!!!!!!!
Which platform do you play on?
I have login verification turned on but apex will not allow me to send gifts it's still wants me to verify but I already verified Im going to miss out on the flatline skin if I can't send my gifts

- @EA_Solaire i haven't been able to gift any thing to any of my friends all season long. why did respawn make one of the breakout challenges a gifting challenge and yet did not bother to make sure people can gift their friends?
