My account is verified, but i still cannot gift items to my friends

I wanted to gift the free items for the new event to one of my friends, so I verified my identity on my EA account, but I still cannot gift them to him. What should I do?

Heya @LS_anu

Are you trying to gift your friend from the EA app? Unfortunately at this time gifting is not currently an available option in the EA app.

@EA_Solaire same issue for me verified my account and restarted game but still tells me to verify but when i go to verify it shows i already have done so! need answers can not complete in game challenges because of it!!!!!!!!
