Thank you so much for the detailed explanation! At least I've confirmed that I only use Steam and have logged into the correct EA account. Now I suspect my account might have been banned at some point. Shortly after I stopped playing, I came across some abnormal stats on a third-party site – like an impossibly high kill count I could never achieve. I'm certain I didn't log in during that period, so I'm worried my account was hacked.
Is there any way to check if my account was actually banned? And if it was... would it still be possible to recover it? I truly appreciate your help!
ToughOyster For recovering a hacked account, you would need to contact EA Support.

If you had already recovered your hacked account, you would then need to contact the EA TOS Team to appeal the ban.

You can also check your ban history here, (however, do know that some bans may not be listed).
Note: If your Apex progress and data was lost due to your account being banned, there sadly is no way to recover it.
I've checked – there's no ban record. Now I'm really at a loss... Is there any chance at all to recover my account? Thanks for sticking with me on this
