My Account Was Banned Thanks to A Hacker (Hacked n' Banned)

My account got banned for no reason (as far as I know), when I filed an appeal they replied that they ban me permanently in Apex. It turns out that someone in Vietnam got my account and login to my account the same day my account got banned, which is yesterday. And I don't live in Vietnam, I live in Indonesia.

And I know all of that after I downloaded my EA Data. 

From the image you can see that I always login in my place in Kali***** Indonesia (ID) then suddenly someone popped out of nowhere on my account from this IP Geolocation 

Hai%20Phong-VN-180000 which is Vietnam.

    I had re-downloaded the game today after months of not touching it and today I have received a random ban when loading in. I played for give or take like 40ish minutes in arena and poof. There goes my account. Is this just a bug or have I actually just been banned for no reason?

    sorry EA won't return anything, that as fact many users lost their stuff and EA support say to them sorry nothing can do , LoL.
    and Apex Legend become billionaire game , and still yet have boor support.
