I followed all of those steps, added two-factor, changed e-mails, spoke to an EA Representative who said they would leave a note and said I would not get banned but, my account has still been banned.
This is ridiculous... This random * hacked my account, hacked on my account, spent my coins, and tried to sell it. Why on earth am I getting punished?
Update 1
I spoke to Rakshit from EA Support and he transferred me to the ToS (Terms of Service) team who will e-mail me regarding the issue.

good luck i hope u won't be banned, try to speak with chat support of origin and tell them to check IP- 5 years ago
Thank you for posting about that issue. I had no idea there was such an exploit. I seriously hope EA can help us all out.
