1 month agoThanks NapalmBruh, no wrong answer there, just making sure we have all the relevant details to check into this further.
The one other suggestion we currently have would be to contact support and have them go through that unlink process on their end before having an advisor help reconnect it to see if the issue continues from that point.
Beyond that we can pass this along, but I wouldn't have any sort of ETA I'm afraid, thanks for the additional details.
