Hello @fasteningcobra0,
progress and items are linked to the connection between the EA account and PSN account - when this connection is severed, the progress won't move to another EA account when you relink the PSN account and even if you relink the PSN account to the same EA account, there is a chance that the original unlinking progress has done irreparable damage, therefore making you lose all your progress and items.
The disclaimer, which you have to agree to before unlinking platforms, tells you that your progress will be lost as well.
If you already relinked your original PSN account to the original EA account again and the progress and items haven't turned up, there is nothing that can be done to retrieve the old information anymore.
Okay I understand the way you have put things but wouldn’t a transaction from my psn show the account the coins had went to , therefor revealing which apex account to retrieve , also I’m very curious to why on stats it shows my of progression but I still don’t have access , if you see my attachments to this reply you’ll see what I’m referring to , this search for my statistics was done today after my last post , and it shows my account with the wrong level meaning there’s still an old save on the “cloud” I see being referenced for data saves , that my account is still on , so it should still have the smallest chance of being reinstated , a rare one but nonetheless even if it’s a rolled back save of my account , if it has my heirlooms and most of my skins I’m very happy to just have that reinstated , if not then would there not be any way to at least have shards added to my account or coins considering the sheer amount I’ve spent on the account , and it’s not like I don’t have the purchase history , that’s easily obtained through my psn transactions history , with an order number and date associated, please look into this further since I believe even if it’s a rare chance , I could have a possibility of retrieving years of history I’ve made with the game , my psn is is clearly shown in the photo and the difference in kills is so small that I’m sure the save can’t be too far off having most of my skins/heirlooms

unfortunately, just because there are remnants of data are still found, it doesn't mean your account can be restored. Unlinking doesn't necessarily destroy the entire account, but it can happen and unfortunately for you, this is one of those cases where the account has been mostly wiped through your unlinking action. If Support already checked your account and told you that there is nothing they can do, then that is sadly the case.
We also don't have access to account information here in the forum, so there is nothing we can do to help you here with this issue, as your problem stems from your account, which only support has access to.
Here is the article on unlinking accounts, where the risks are explained again. As you can see there, it is always recommended to start anew on a different account instead of unlinking, as it can lead to a lot of issues for Apex Legends.

Okay I’ve understood that my account which I have spent thousands on is permanently gone , but that there is the problem, I have spent thousands on the game just to have nothing left over from this , surely there is a form of compensation or account currency that should be given to a player if their years of spending over a game gets mistakenly deleted from existence because of a condition that is based on pure luck , the condition being if you unlink your account you lose all access to the progress and that linking it back could result in recovery but also could mean nothing at all , I’ve stated quite clearly that I have transaction history to prove how much I’ve spent with ea , so why shouldn’t I be credited anything considering the lack of ability to retrieve a customers account , not only do I have to gut the fact I’ve lost all my cosmetics which are rare themselfs , but I really get NOTHING? A little unfair if you ask maybe all other players who have the same issue as me , I’ve seen players receive coins and heirloom shards for being locked out of their account before , but someone PERMANENTLY LOOSING their account is not enough to justify any entitlement to what that person has spent during the access of the lost account , no refunds , literally zero return on my investment in the game , that’s really selfish of ea to credit players coins for being locked out ,especially if they are a content creator , because that’s shamelessly only helping those who can speak out about it to a wider audience , but the actual majority of players without a platform to express their issue don’t get anything for their accounts being lost and inaccessible to ea , which in itself sound really bad considering how much money is held on just a simple click unlinking years of progress down the drain ..

How come other games and game companies have come out with cross progression without having this sort of problem? It took EA a very very long time to come out with this service and when they did it did not even work for people. I feel like something should be done but like you did say we did agree to the risk of losing everything. It is just very frustrating because I also lost everything that I had pn my account including heirlooms and rare skins, what over 7000 hours fo playing time had gotten me.

How have players gotten coins and heirloom shards for less crazy situations regarding account data , it’s genuinely disappointing
