My Apex Account Progression is Totally Resets to Level 1
Hi, i logged in my account today and found out that my game progression has been totally reset to Level 1,
All my skins that i have been purchased has gone with the reset. I have over 3000 hour playime and i spent approximately 3000 USD on buying skin and heirloom.
This is devastating, it mentally hurts me to the ground. I need help. I have contacted EA Support but they just slap me with this message:
[Please read this so that you will be understand more clearly. When we unlink a platform account from your account, you will be able to link that platform account to another EA Account, but your in-game progress will not transfer over. That means you’ll lose access to all entitlements, games, memberships or subscriptions, and in-game purchases that are associated with that platform account. You will also permanently lose all game progress. If we unlink a platform account you use to play FIFA, and that platform account is still set as active in the Web or Companion App, you will lose access to those apps entirely on your account. If we unlink a platform account you use to play Apex Legends, you may have issues with Battle Pass leveling, item unlocks, and other errors. Once you unlink a platform account from your EA Account and link it to another, you won’t be able to unlink it again for six months. You also will not be able to link it to an EA Account that has already had the same type of account linked to it before, even if there isn’t one currently linked. That means if you’ve had an Xbox account linked to your EA Account in the past, you can’t link a different Xbox account to it in the future.]
I was totally unaware of of this and i have previously unlink steam before, but this does not happened to me in the past. I been trying to approach EA Help Twitter and none of them is replying me.
I never once break any terms of use either. i never flame, i never curse. a potato that is actually login the game and have a good time and looking at the skins that i bought almost every season. I have over 9-11 heirlooms so far.

It looks like the EA account you're posting from was just recently created, so if you've played at all in the past that seems to have been on a different account.
Your progress is saved on the EA account, so re-linking a Steam account from another EA account to this one would not transfer that progress.
The only way to restore that previous progress would be to re-link your Steam account to the original EA account. This would be why support was providing that message regarding the effects of unlinking an account.
We are unable to assist with any account changes on the forums, so if you're unable to proceed with the steps in the link above you'd need to contact support again so they can try to help get that re-linked to the correct account.
