My APEX game account game data has been cleared and has become level 1

Which platform do you play on where this is missing?

Are you able to take a screenshot of your lobby showing that level 1 account?

Hey@EA_Mako My EA account was established in 2021 and began to play Apex Legends on Steam platform. Recently, when I logged in to Apex from Steam, it showed that the login certificate was invalid, which required me to change my password again. However, my email could not receive the verification code from EA, so I found the customer service to add an auxiliary email, through which I logged in my EA account. I found that the EA account showed that my account was created in May 2024, which made me very confused. After I re-bound Steam and EA through the auxiliary mailbox, I logged in Apex and found that my level was level 1 without any data. I hope you can help me. Thank you.

It sounds like your Steam was unlinked from one account and re-linked using a different address. Any time we start including linking/rebinding accounts as you mentioned, that can result in a loss of data.

We have some additional details about that type of situation on this page, but ultimately the only way to try correcting this would be to re-link all the original accounts.
