I have followed the advice of a user named FAZOwavy which said to delete my download history and it still didn't help with the issue

Corrupted data can mean one thing and thats most likely dying SSD. If its not SSD then it will be most likely impossible to fix this unlike with PC where you can just switch components if its not laptop.

If you have some extra SSD lying arround I would try to replace it. But noone can know if its trully faulty SSD, can be RAM in your console gone wrong which you cant replace I think. Those are just consoles, if its after warranty and it breaks you can mostly just throw it away and buy a new one. I think SSD is like only thing you can replace in consoles so its your only option. Is there some app you can check your SSD for errors like Windows has ? I would do that first and if you have any friend who understand this things you should probably ask him for help. Its hard to give advice on internet like this.If you google this error code it will tell you that your console thinks your SSD is corrupted. Its 90% SSD. If you dont know how to replace it you can find videos people doing it on YouTube.
