My apex still be baned.

Dear ea team, I have fed back many times, but my apex account is still closed Last time I contacted you, your customer service promised to delete my ban, but it still hasn't been lifted. I'll repeat the story here On the evening of October 12, I have not logged into the Apex account. My original IP address is the IP address of Hangzhou, China. My latest accelerator node is the Japanese IP address. As you know, the server in Hong Kong is very unstable recently In the early morning of the 13th, my online friend said that he logged in to my account and told me that my apex account was banned because he logged in to my apex account in an Internet cafe. He said he asked the Internet administrator of the Internet cafe The reason for being banned is that he used the accelerator and accelerated to the banned node, which led to my Apex account being banned But this is just one side of his story. I'm not sure whether what he said is true. Maybe he is a cheater. Because we are just net friends I know I made some mistakes here. I should not lend my Apex account In the end, that netizen deleted my WeChat account and left my banned Apex account. I hope you can remove my ban. Because I really did not violate any game rules, and I am also a green player. I spent a lot of energy and money in this account. I just met people badly. Thank you!

I hope that you will learn from your mistakes.

"I hope you can remove my ban. Because I really did not violate any game rules, and I am also a green player." Yes you did violate one of the rules in the Terms of Service (ToS) by doing this: "my online friend said that he logged in to my account and told me that my apex account was banned because he logged in to my apex account in an Internet café."

You violated the ToS by sharing your account, your "friend" then did something that got your account perma banned.  This is/was your account and your responsibility to safeguard and any actions performed by others using your account because you allowed them to use it is fully your responsibility/risk and the repercussions to the account are yours and yours alone.

In the future do not share your accounts and or passwords to such things with other people it is just not safe.

Her on the Forum we cannot help or assist with Bans and or account sanctions you will need to contact the ToS team via EA help.

I am truly sorry this happened to you but I tend to try to live by the credo "trust is good but control is better."

There is really no need to accuse someone of cheating especially if you have no proof.

Please take note that accusing people of cheating here on the forum is against the forum rules.

If you believe someone has cheated, there is a reporting section you can use on the EA site.

Thank you for your reply. Sharing accounts is really my fault. I will never trust others online again My account has been condemned to death. In just three days, I filed nearly 30 complaints. I did my best. I can only say that it was a lesson. What disappointed me most was not that the account was banned, but that I felt my trust had been trampled on. Because that netizen finally deleted me

    @1464800825

Thank you for your reply and understanding as well.

When you get back to playing, be safe.

Do not share your computer/console access codes for your game accounts with others, especially those you do not know.

Same thing should really also go for your e-mail, PC and or console general login info.

Follow the Terms of Service rules and you should be fine.

I do not share my info for EA login with my family even, because if they mess something up I suffer.

    Good luck and safe gaming.

I don't think I have the chance to go back to play my account. Because this account has been sentenced to death, I will buy a new account. Although it is not my original account, time will dilute everything. I will never trust anyone again and will not lend my account number. Thank you for your patient reply. Have a nice day.
