Hey! Thanks for the quick reply, however the only things I have plugged into my PC is my keyboard mouse and headset. I don't use any other prefilials like a controller etc, and the only overlay i have on is for NVIDEA to make the game easier to see at and it happens even when that's off sometimes so that probably isn't it, other than that I don't have any other overlays on for Apex at all.

In that case depending on your particular keyboard and mouse, I'd also check that any software they use is up to date. Depending on the manufacturer that could be programs like Razer Synapse, Logitech G Hub, etc.
The other big thing to check would be any programs that may be drawing focus from Apex. This can be a bit tricky if the issue isn't happening extremely regularly, but this would involve a clean boot of your system to temporarily disable other background programs or processes that may be interfering.
That's likely not something you can continue for a week straight, but may be worth trying for a play session to see if this continues happening during that time.
