My Coins ARE ALL GONE!

I've topped up coins recent via Steam and today I logged in the game and my coins showed 0, zero! There's no customer service available as I waited for hours.

I've tried every approach EA published online, nothing works. Could anyone help?

Hey dhvj,

While we're not able to get into too much detail on the forums, it fortunately does not appear any coins have just gone missing. After the recent top-up, it looks like those coins were spent on a few event 4-pack purchases, and then single event packs for the remainder.

If you believe someone else may have had access to your account I'd definitely suggest going through these security steps to make sure the account and your system are secure, but there's no indication that was the case here as these do just look like normal purchases.

Hi Mako, I couldn’t remember if I’ve spent all the coins, cuz normally I’d have some left in my wallet, but yeah I might not notice that the remainder had gone to zero after my purchases. Thanks for looking into it.
